Thank you for helping make consumers a little bit wealthier and better off by charging $150 for gas prices you have a fairly big overhead you're a billion-dollar company why don't you guys try taking a little bit of a hit for once instead of the consumer thank you and I'm never going to Ultramar again and I know most people that see this and see other places at 1:29 will never ever come here again so yeah it's a business but there's selling stuff and providing a service versus just being a psychopathic greedy person sorry for my grammar I don't got time to waste it on you guys
The woman at the counter (unfortunately I didn't ask her name) sold me a coolant, gave me a funnel and told me how to add it. I stopped there due to coolant leak and engine overheating. She also told me how to deal with this kind of situations, I got a lot of help from her. I made it home on the other side of the lake safely. After what was going on around for a few years this person restores my faith in humanity. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, may your life be full of joy and happiness.
Usually stop here on way home. 9:30 am no coffee. Got large hot chocolate only filled half way. Said it to cashier and showed them they still charged me full price. For this you have loss a customer.
This store is usually nice and clean inside, and the staff members are friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza ovens have not been running for a couple of weeks, but I think that is pandemic related. I like to pay at the pumps, and they keep the pumps well maintained, so usually all the card readers are working. Yesterday unfortunately, they did not have a squeegee available at every pump to wash the car windows. I didn't ask, but maybe that's their policy when it's really cold out. Although, the Mobil station at the other end of the parking lot had their windshield washers out and the trays were full of antifreeze.
The worst customer service ever seen The employee was yelling on the customer when they were trying to shope. And in covid time she was not even wearing masks either. And I hop the manger do something with that. The time was 8:50 July 14
I popped into this service station to use the restroom. It was the cleanest restroom I’ve ever seen! Bought my lottery tickets here as well and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly!
Worst customer service I have ever received! The man behind the counter was very rude and super unhelpful. I went into establishment simply looking for a disposable funnel to poor motor oil into my engine, I am assuming since I wasn't a paying customer at that moment I didn't matter. After the man informed me that he didn't have paper funnels I explained my predicament and proceeded to ask for a paper cup to assist my pouring. He exclaims " Sorry Ma'am we don't sell paper cups!" I proceed to point to the stack of more then 50 slush puppy cups behind him and ask what about one of those? he says " no Ma'am " I walked out appalled....
