I was two hours into an eight hour trip when I had my trailer rim let go. I managed to make my way to Hill’s and I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped us because she was amazing. She knew the store, hardware, and what I needed. Hill’s didn’t have a replacement rim so she made a bunch of calls to local businesses to find one for me. This is a well stocked hardware store and this employee isn’t one of those Home Depot kids who blankly stare at you when you ask where to find something. Hill’s must be an old family owned business that’s been around for years because their care for the customer shows.
These guys don’t really need my help with a Google review but I have used this store for years and these by far seem to be doing the best job. Great service friendly advice. Good job Hill boys
my husband had went into this hardware store to purchases some sand for our kids sand box, while in there he was on the phone with his father who he works for and was also taking orders for work.... A lady name BARB at the front told my husband she can serve him after he gets off the phone.... I'm unsure where an employee has say on who the customer is speaking to on the phone too but this is VERY WRONG. My husband is a man of color and he feels highly attacked by this women named barb. we now will be taking the 40 min drive to the next town, this home hardware will never see a penny from us. unbelievable plenty of people talk on there phones especially in a home hardware where orders are being took for work. ridiculous 0 star experience
Always a good shopping experience here. The staff are mostly women. They are friendly, and they know their inventory. This is actually a building centre, but they honour the prices from the home hardware flyers.
The prices are DOUBLE what you would pay at a big box store. This is definitely not the place to do big projects. The employees are pleasant and helpful. But if you have money to burn then this place will burn it all.
Absolutely a great Building centre with all your lumber, hardware, paint accessories that you could need. What great friendly staff who are willing to help you and answer your questions. really enjoyed this place.
Great fast service for curb side pick-up. I called in my order because of being unsure about a product and the staff wuz happy to answer my questions and offer other solutions if the product I wanted wuz not in stock. This location wuz not my first choice because of being new to this area. I called Sutton's Home Hardware and wuz abruptly told we r encouraging on line orders so do that....click!!! The product I wanted is only sold in door. So Beaverton Home Hardware will be my only choice!!!
